Online psychiatric care
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management from wherever you are in the state, with no drive and no parking garage.
Your provider

Every video visit is with Irine Achuamang, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner licensed in California. She also sees patients at our office, so moving between video and the office does not mean starting over with someone new.
By video, Irine provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients anywhere in California. Conditions she treats include:
Video suits most of this care. If any part of yours needs an office visit, we will tell you.
Step by step
Choose one of our next openings online, or call (818) 286-3862. A real person confirms your visit, usually within one business day. Tell us then that you would like to meet by video.
Join from anywhere in California, as long as you are in the state during the visit, somewhere you can talk without being overheard. A phone, tablet or laptop with a working camera and microphone is enough.
A psychiatric evaluation of about an hour. Irine asks about your symptoms, your history and your goals, then explains what she finds and the next steps she recommends.
Shorter medication management visits of about 30 minutes, by video or in the office. If you need lab work, it can be drawn near you and the results gone over by video.

We do not currently take Medi-Cal managed care. If that is your coverage, we are a self-pay option rather than a covered visit.
Video visits are booked ahead for ongoing care. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 (free, 24/7).
Call or text 988 · 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
