About Dr. Cho
Austina Cho, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology) who works alongside our psychiatric nurse practitioner team. In a collaborating role, she provides physician oversight and consultation — a second layer of clinical experience behind the care plans we build with our patients.
Background & training
Dr. Cho earned her MD from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of California, Irvine. Across decades of practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she has cared for adults living with depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and serious mental illness — including complex and later-life presentations.
